Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go to Print in Word and click on printer properties the printing Shortcuts are all locked. How do I unlock them such as two sided printing?

Hi,

The preconfigured printing shortcuts are locked by design, these cannot be removed.

 

You may change the settings as you like and then save the changes as a new shortcut, any custom made shortcut will not be locked.
