MY printer keeps printing a status report. There are no instructions on the report to follow. Also, I cannot get to the page that is described for my printer - and it's not the one listed.

I had to go to where my printer is recognized, and tell my computer to use it as Default. Somehow, the printer had been removed as my go-to printer, and the computer was trying to use something older from past files. I removed those choices. Once I did this soft reboot, it is working normally again. My Default setting was under Start/Settings/Printer, not Control Panel, if that helps.
