MY printer keeps printing a status report.  There are no instructions on the report to follow.  Also, I cannot get to the page that is described for my printer - and it's not the one listed.

I went through certain steps with the Tech Expert, and my printer works fine again.  There are a few buttons I had to push, but it resolved the problem.

I had to go to where my printer is recognized, and tell my computer to use it as Default.  Somehow,  the printer had been removed as my go-to printer, and the computer was trying to use something older from past files.  I removed those choices.  Once I did this soft reboot, it is working normally again.  My Default setting was under Start/Settings/Printer, not Control Panel, if that helps.

Which operating system do you use? I have the same problem with Apple macOS Tahoe.

I use WIN 10....and I simply had to re-install the information on my printer.  For some reason, the printer was not being recognized as the default printer, and after I did that, it worked fine.

I did a factory reset and reconnected the wifi. It was all okay thereafter. Cheers
