Hi @Buck2542,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e is having trouble completing the print job. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check Document Settings:

  • Ensure that the document you’re trying to print is saved correctly. If you’re printing from a program like Word or Adobe Acrobat, try saving the document in a different format (e.g., PDF) and then try printing it again.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your computer and printer. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.

Check Printer Queue:

  • Go to your computer’s printer settings and check if there are any stuck print jobs. Clear any stuck jobs from the queue and try printing again.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download them from the HP website or through the HP Smart app.

Printer Status:

  • Ensure that the printer has enough paper, ink, and there are no error messages on the printer’s display.

Check Connection:

  • Verify that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you’re using Wi-Fi, ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.

Print from Another Application:

  • Try printing from a different application or document to see if the issue is with the specific file or application.

Printer Settings:

  • Open the printer properties on your computer and check if there are any settings that might be affecting printing, such as print to file options.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
