hi I’m just wondering if there is any way I’m able to print a shipping label with my printer. I have the shipping labels just wondering what settings I need to change on my printer or how I get that to work if possible?

The answer is "maybe your printer can print your shipping labels" --
DeskJet Printers are economy printers.
They are great for occasional, not-so-fancy printing.
DeskJet include some features that impact how content is printed.
The most important of the differences in the context of printing labels are the margin requirements.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Important
DeskJet printers do not support Borderless
and
DeskJet printers require a larger margin along the bottom edge of the paper.
These limitations impact how content is printed on paper.
This DeskJet printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch).
If your shipping label template includes minimum 1/2 inch margins
and
The paper size is supported
and
The Printer is aware of that paper size /type - Tray and Paper,
then
The label might print
===========================================
DeskJet Printers - Margins
Borderless Printing | No |
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.
The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge.
This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.
Create your original document with 12.7mm ( 1/2 inch ) margins.

Print Labels
How you print the label template depends on the Operating System / version and the apps / software available to complete the task.
If you have a completed Word document, Export the document to PDF and Save.
Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader
Set up the options, including the Paper Size in "Properties"
General Examples - Windows - Adobe Reader - PDF - Label Printing
The setup is generally the same for most labels.
The examples are illustrations of different labels made at different times.
