The Deskjet 2635 printer is consistently yielding blank pages with occasional ink streaks at the bottom, despite undergoing multiple cleaning attempts. Both color and black and white prints are affected, and the inability to align further complicates the issue. This problem significantly impairs the printer's core function of producing prints, and I am seeking guidance on resolving it.
