I am trying to print a booklet, which I have done previously, but can't seem to get it right.  It is printing double sided ok, but although I have set to landscape, it keeps coming out portrait.  I am using Word 2007. Is there any other way I could try to print this booklet please help.

@Sue1912, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are trying to print booklets in landscape mode. Let us try these steps:

  1. From the software program, select the Print option.

  2. Select the product, and then click the Properties or Preferences button.

Figure : Print dialog box (GENERIC PRINTERS USED AS EXAMPLE)

  3. Click the Finishing tab.

    Figure : Finishing tab

  4. Select the Print on both sides check box.

    Figure : Finishing tab

  5. In the Booklet layout drop-down list, click the Left binding or Right binding option. The Pages per sheet option automatically changes to 2 pages per sheet.

Click the OK button to close the Document Properties dialog box.

    Figure : Finishing tab

  6. In the Print dialog box, click the OK button to print the job.

    Figure : Print dialog box

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
