Printing emails from HP smart app.

I recently installed HP smart app on my IOS iphone 6. It prints everything perfect as long as its not from an email. How can I get an email printed using the app? The only option comes up when I hit that arrow button, is my original printer and for some reason that is constantly saying the printer is offline which isn't true because its printing some things just not anything from an email.

Essentially neither HP smart app nor the airprint is able to print from emails.

Did you try printing from any other email?

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.
