Hello DesignerMB,
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
If that does not copies fine, follow the steps mentioned in this document:-Click here
If copes fine, then follow the below steps:
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.

(Note: you can change the OS before downloading the driver)

Welcome to the HP support community.
Could you provide the following information for a better understanding of the issue?
- Are you facing the issue from the 1st page or after printing some pages?
- Which device are you using to print/ which SW/Application are you using?
- Are all the pages are ¼ printed or some random pages?
- Are you facing the same issue in Scan/COPY or Scan & Copy is working fine?
- And could you send the sample page?
