Envy 4520
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have printed easily from my MacBook Air to my HP Envy 4520 before.   I can no longer print.  When I send something to print the print window says "Stopped"     The print window says:  

You need to install software to use this printer. To install the software, choose App Store… from the Apple menu. If the software for your printer isn’t available in App Store…, contact the manufacturer of your printer.

 

When I search in the App store for HP Envy 4520, there are no results.

 

Has anyone had success in printing from a Mac to the 4520?    What did you do to make that happen?  Any  other suggestions?

Please ensure your Mac is fully up to date:

Next, follow the 'Uninstall with HP Easy Start' section below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02440673

 

Once the uninstall completes, click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer driver.

up to date Macbook PRo Catalina 10.15.7 - can't print from mac to older D110a printer from Mac OS, but can print from Parallels/Windows 10 on same machine.  Clearly a driver or software issue.

 

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling - 

 

I shared the printer, and when I selected the shared version to scan, that worked, but not the local version, strange.

 

Any hints?

My question is that my Mac's OS is Gig Sur.  I can not get the 4520 to work with it.
