HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have two printers an Epson et2850 and a hp office jet 4655 both are full of ink yet neither printer will print in color even though color is the chosen option 

neither printer will copy in color as well 

I’ve checked black and grey scape making sure to pick color 

any one know a fix to make them print in color
