I am printing using the italian laptop of my boss. I already have an option for the A3 size in my officejet 7612 printer but when it printed, the output was still for an A4 size. It is not printing as an A3 format to compensate the A3 paper. The problem is only when I am printing in an excel format. It is ok when I am printing in a PDF file.
I am thinking taht the problem might be in the MS Office and not in the printer.
Is there anyone encountering this.
What I did before is I transfer the Region Language of the laptop to English and I tried printing. The output printed was ok.But when I put back in Italian language,it has a problem for the output of A3 format during printing in an excel format.

Please try to use page setup from Excel first. Which Excel do you use ?

i already tried the page setup in the excel (MS Office Professional 2010).But still it printed as a normal size of an A4 output.Supposedly if I select in an A3 size paper, the printed file should compensate the one page file seting of an A3 paper size. BUt it is not happening like that. It is printing only for an A4 normal size even if i set it as an A3 .

I tried this all sir. Thats why I am thinking that the issue is in the installed Operating System( Windows 10) of the laptop which is the language is in Italian.Because when I put the Operating system language in English, it is printing OK. But when I go back to Italian, the problem occurs. I put back to Italian because the user of the laptop dont understand much in English language,

Hi,
Sorry, I can't help more. I can't find an Excel in Italian forum to send you a link.
Regards.
