Printer: HP ENVY 4520
I went to print something from my laptop, but the printer status was Error. I didn't have time to deal with that so I tried through the HP Print App. It printed, but everything outlined in a very faded black with no ink filled in. I have unplugged/plugged back in, turned off/on my WIFI router, I cleaned the cartridges, did a printer alignment, and went into the settings to print for grayscale. My ink levels for Black are low (but were a little higher prior to the cleaning and alignment), but I've printed with low before and that should be enough to print off a simple shipping label. I also checked for printer updates and everything is up to date. I would prefer any solutions that don't require a factory reset as I don't know where all my information/papers from when I first bought the printer are.
Edit: I fixed the error state problem, but still printing outlines
I've attached pictures of examples of the outline. For safety reasons I edited the second picture to hide the tracking # on the label.
My Ink Levels:
Please help. Thank you.

Hi @christina_
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
