Hello, my printer details: DeskJet 2130 All-in-One; K7N77C.
After installing all the drivers on the laptop (Windows 7 64), only the cartridge diagnostics and alignment page could print.
When I go to print documents in Microsoft Word, an error occurs: "Printing is not possible due to an incorrect setting of the current printer." Also, problems are not detected by the computer. Software of the latest version.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print from MsWord, I am glad to assist you.
Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:-
This seems to be a driver issue, Uninstall the printer driver from the root level and install the printer.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.

- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
