Printing margins on bottom of page

How can I set the HP 2725 to print lower on the page to include a lower margin?

Welcome to the HP Community --

No, like many DeskJet printers, this printer cannot create a smaller bottom margin than the margin supported by the printer hardware.

Hi! Thanks for following up so fast!

It doesnt look like its printing past 13 mm to the bottom of the page.

So even if Word' standard margins would go lower than 13, my HP wont be able to print that low?

You are welcome.

The margins are limited by the printer hardware .

True - Regardless of what Word can do, the printer cannot print smaller than the 1/2 inch / 12.7 mm at the bottom edge.

If your Word document is structured with smaller margins,

Change the margins on the Word document to "Narrow"

OR

Export the document to PDF and print using "Shrink to Fit" (or similar wording).
