Hi @Dp3710,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print on 6x6 folded card stock using your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014, you can follow these steps to adjust your printer settings and Canva design.
Prepare Your Canva Design:
- Open Your Canva Design: Ensure your design is set to the 6x6 folded card size. Canva usually provides settings for custom sizes, so you can enter 6x6 inches as your card size.
- Design Layout: If your card is folded, you might want to ensure your design is laid out correctly for both the front and back of the card.
Printer Settings:
- Load the Card Stock: Make sure the 6x6 folded card stock is loaded into the printer's paper tray. Check if the card stock fits the tray properly.
- Printer Preferences:
- Open Printer Settings:
- On Windows: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers. Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014 and select Printing Preferences.
- On Mac: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014, then click Options & Supplies > Driver.
- Select Paper Size:
- In the printer preferences, look for the option to set the paper size. If 6x6 inches is not listed, select Custom Size and enter 6x6 inches.
- Adjust Print Quality:
- Set the print quality to High for better results, especially on card stock.
- Open Printer Settings:
Canva Print Settings:
- Download Your Design: If printing directly from Canva doesn’t work, try downloading your design as a PDF or JPEG.
- Print from PDF Viewer:
- Open the downloaded file in a PDF viewer (like Adobe Acrobat) or image viewer.
- Go to the print dialog, and ensure the paper size is set to 6x6 inches. Set Scaling to None or Actual Size.
Printer Troubleshooting:
- Check Printer Connectivity: Ensure your printer is connected and online.
- Update Printer Drivers: Check for any available updates for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014’s drivers.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
