HP ENVY 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys,

I recently upgraded from Microsoft office 2007 to 2016 and have encountered a problem with my printing options. When I click on printer properties then click advanced there is no option to print in black ink only or the grayscale option that is usually there. If anyone has any solutions I would more than appreciate it.

Laptop: Dell Inspiron 15 5000 seires
OS: Windows 10

My printer is the HP Envy 4520 series

Thank you,

Jay

I don't have the Word 2016, but do you click on paper/quality at the top and then in that dialog print on Advanced, where the grayscale is found in my Word 2010.

Yep, I click paper/quality then on advanced but I don't see an option for grayscale. Seems like an issue for Word 2016 because I didn't have this problem with 2007.
