When printing my insurance ID cards pdf from the chrome browser, various black bars are added. little strips are added accross the page in 3 rows, and 2 large bars are added down the page. These are printed black bars, not streaks or blurry lines. When I sent the same file to printer via the eprint email (cloud print method) the document printed fine, but (not double-sided like I needed). Why is the problem happening when printing from the chrome browser?

@SilkyG Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting lines while printing PDF from the chrome browser.

Have you tried with a different browser and checked?

If you are able to print from the different browser, please reset the chrome browser and check.

Please update the printer firmware and check.
