I have updated to Mac OS Ventura and since then although the printer is recognised it will not print from my iPhone, iPad or MacBook Pro. Is this a driver problem as it seems that HP don’t have a suitable driver available?

Hi @JOJO117,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP printer after updating your Mac to version 15.7.3. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Check for driver updates: Go to the HP website and see if there are any driver updates available for your printer. If there are, download and install them.
- Reset the printing system: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, right-click on the printer, and select "Reset printing system." This will remove the printer from your system and all of its associated settings. Then, re-add the printer and see if the issue is resolved.
- Check printer connections: Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your Mac and that all cables are securely plugged in. Try unplugging and re-plugging the printer's USB cable or power cord.
- Restart your Mac and the printer: Sometimes simply restarting your Mac and printer can help resolve issues.
I hope these steps help resolve your printing issue. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Take care and have a good day.
