Why I cannot print now that I cancelled insta print subscription?

I've had paid for insta ink that I never recieved, there I prefer to purchase in a store to ensure I have it when I need it, because the mail processing, although convenient, has not been convenient or successful. Now my problem is with HP Products altogether, because of lack of Customer service resolution, ownership & lack of transparency,

I cannot print because I signed up with insta print, and cancelled it.

I am willing to go out and buy another printer that is Not a HP product if we cannot resolve this now. I have been charged for ink for months that I never recieved, therefore will not use your service anymore. I have no problem paying as long as I recieve the product for which I purchased. How can you disable someone's printer that they spent $200 for because they prefer to purchase their ink in store??

I will go out and spend $200 again on a different brand and Never purchase another HP product again!

In the next 24hours my decision will be made, but I will not be forced to purchase something that I don't see a value in. if I recieved my ink I would still be signed up! Either I can print with my OFFICE Jet Pro 8025 or I purchase a different brand, Plain and Simple!! You decide....

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
