HP Smart on our iPad will not find our HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Printer that is hardwired connected to our network via an external JetDirect unit, even if we add the IP address in the app.  We can "ping" the printer, and it prints fine, from Windows 11 computers, Wi-Fi and hardwired network connected.  The printer and iPad are on the same network.  The iPad will find and load the jetDirect printer configuration  page via web browser from the ipad.  Your help in getting us able to print from the iPad would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
