My printer appears to want to send a letter to "Send to Private Pickup". Is there a way to stop this happening?

Welcome to the HP Community --

There are a couple of places to reach and adjust the "Require Private Pickup" setting --

======================

Browser - HP Smart / HP Connected

 “HP Smart / HP Connected” - Printers added to ePrint / Print Anywhere

Management / Options

HP Smart / HP Connected

Note:  Website might take 1-10 seconds to open

Click Flag to switch to your region

Left Column > Printers > View Printer > Printer Options > Print Anywhere

Slide switch "Require Private Pickup" to OFF

OR

========================

Windows - HP App / HP Smart application

Open HP Smart > Printer Settings > Enter PIN if asked > Under "Settings" - Print Anywhere

Slide switch "Require Private Pickup" to OFF
