Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème avec une HP ENVY 4527 en Wifi chez un client pro, l'installation des drivers complet via le site se passe très bien sans problème particulier par contre quand il essaye d'imprimer tout ce qu'il fait sort en noir et blanc et impossible d'avoir les options de couleur dans la boite de l'imprimante, ce que j'ai tenté:

 

- Désinstallation/réinstallation des drivers (non concluant)

 

Le problème c'est qu'il a deux autres imprimantes HP une autre envy en USB chez lui ou il rencontre le même problème et une un peu plus pro ou la il n'a aucun soucis. Je n'arrive pas a comprendre ou cela bloque au niveau de la gestion des couleurs. Si quelqu'un a une piste d'idées je suis preneur car la je sèche un peu...

Hello,

I have a problem with an HP ENVY 4527 in Wifi for a professional customer, the installation of the complete drivers via the site goes very well without any particular problem on the other hand when he tries to print everything he does comes out in black and white and impossible to have the color options in the printer box, which I tried:

 

- Uninstalling / reinstalling drivers (inconclusive)

 

The problem is that he has two other HP printers another envy in USB at home or he has the same problem and a little more pro or he has no worries. I can't understand where it is blocking the color management. If someone has an idea track I am interested because the I dry a little ...

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

Let's try these steps -

 

1.) Select “Start” and type “printers” in the search box.

2.) Choose “Printers & scanners“.

3.) Select “Add a printer or scanner“.

4.) Wait for the “The printer that I want isn’t listed” option to appear, then select it.

5.) Select “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname” , then select “Next“.

6.) Select “TCP/IP Device” in the “Device type” list.

7.) Type the hostname or the IP address of the printer. Select “Next“. To find the IP address of the printer, touch the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's control panel. 

8.) Windows should find the printer if the printer is on and configured correctly. You may have to specify more information. If prompted, Select the type of network adapter installed in the printer in the “Device Type” drop-down list. You can also click “Custom” to specify custom settings for the network printer. Select “Next“.
