Product: HP HENVY 5000 SERIES

problème de pilote ( pilote indisponible) affichée j’ai testé HP print and scan doctor pour résoudre le problème mais s’a pas résolu le problème l’application HP smart ne résout pas le problème non plus si quelqu’un a une solution car je ne peux plus imprimer de document .

Les ordinateurs et l’imprimante sont bien sur le même réseau que sa soit sur wifi ou filaire.
