Ich habe unseren HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw Drucker mehrfach in der Hardware und auch über das Bedienfeld zurückgesetzt. Es fordert jedoch weiterhin ein Passwort über den WebClient an. Dies sollte laut Handbuch eigentlich gelöscht werden.
Wir können den Drucker nicht konfigurieren, weil wir uns nicht anmelden können, was können wir tun?

HP Recommended

I have reset our HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw printer several times in hardware and also via the control panel. However, it still requests a password via the WebClient. This should actually be deleted according to the manual.
We can't configure the printer because we can't log in, what can we do?
