LaserJet Pro 400 MFP 425dn

I have one LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn. I tried frequently to install it, but during installation process I found error messages that is, "An install operation took too long to execute. This is a fatal error preventing product use. Please restart your computer, and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please check the product support Web site for your product."

Hi,

Please open the Setup menu on the printer and select Service, there look for HP Smart Install, then disable the feature,  confirm any prompt and restart the printer.

 

Now try reinstalling the HP Software and check if you may see any difference.
