I bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e.  I just took it out of the box and started to set it up. I've installed the ink cartridges that came with it. They keep popping out. I pulled them out and pushed them in and it still says the magenta cartridge is missing or damaged.    I've turned it off and turned it back on. I've pushed the magenta cartridge in multiple times.

There are no wrappings around the cartridges or any other obstructions. This is a brand new printer with the brand new cartridges that came with it.

This happened to me today. Went through all the trouble shooting but nothing is working.

I afraid I didn’t get an answer from anyone. I just kept pushing the cartridges in until they stayed in place. I did tilt the cartridge receptacle up a little bit when I put them in and it finally accepted all of them. Very frustrating.  I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution.
