Hello. Last days I have to install couple of HP printers. I download latest drivers from HP support but none of them is installing. Installation program stops with error (sorry its in croatian but important parts are same on any language):

 

Aplikacija koja je prouzročila pogrešku: ProductInst.exe, verzija: 1.0.5.3, vremenska oznaka: 0x519d752e
Modul koji je prouzročio pogrešku: ProductInst.exe, verzija: 1.0.5.3, vremenska oznaka: 0x519d752e
Kôd iznimke: 0xc000000d

 

It is happening on HP LJ P1005 and HP LJ P2014.

I manage to find correct installation program for P1005 from some guy on HP forum but had no luck with P2014.

Hi,

I would assume your operating system is in Croatian language @MMventura?

 

Please try following below installation for the P2014 printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL20124/lj-52469-3/ljP2010-HB-pnp-win64-hr.exe

Thanks a lot. It is right solution. This installation is working.

I looked high and low for croatian version of installation program, but could not find it.

I even changed regional settings in Windows to US English but neither that helped.

How and where did You get it? When I change country on HP support download page I still get en version of driver.
