Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I just purchased a 7602 printer and I am not able to print in color on my MacBook (Ventura 13.5.2 OS) although I can print color using my iPhone so there is no problem with the printer. I have installed the HP Smart app. Any suggestions?

Update the printer firmware. Click here. 

 

Since you mentioned, that, you were able to print normally with your iPhone, there may be some settings issues on your Macbook. kindly check and see if that helps
