HP Recommended

Can find the printer on the network, run the setup but I get a message that the printer can not find the computer. Have tried 15 times and get the same message each time. MFP M140 LaserJet

 Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please do a wireless reset then use HP Smart to  setup and get printer connected to network.

HP Recommended

Have tried this process approximately 25 times now and get nowhere, the printer finds the network but says it con not find my computer. I am positive both the computer and printer are on the same network.
