Product: HP ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1 Sheet-feed Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Dear all,
I have updated the version of HP Scan to 63.5 and the option "Extralong" disappeared. Only the option "Extralong (8,50 x 122 Zoll)" remains, which does not work if documents with smaller width are scanned.
The "Extralong" option automatically adapted to the document this.
Why did this option disappear, and is it possible to reinstall 63.4? Is there a site with older versions of the software?
I also tried to import the old setting to the 63.5 version, but this causes an error. Do you have any idea to solve this issue?
Thanks,
Ben
