HI,

I've searched the discussions and looks like this issue has not been addressed.

I have problems with printing borderless on Officejet 8610.  I have just downloaded the firmware and the version check shows 2.0 at the moment.

I created a 1/2" red border to test this issue.  For 'Paper Size', I chose "US Letter Borderless".  But the printed image has the red border trimmed by 1/8" to 3/32" on the four edges.  It appears that the printer temporarily enlarges the image in order to cover the entire page and then trims it.  This results in an inaccurate content.

To solve that problem, I tried this alternative which unfortunately also didn't work.  I created a custom paper size 'mz 8.5x11 borderless'.  It has a width = 8.5";  length = 11";  all four margins set to 0.  But the printed image has the content 'Shrunk', with a white border that's of 1/8" on 3 sides and 3/32" on the 4th side.

So, I can't get it to print my image of 8.5x11" precisely.  Help!
