HI ,
I saw in other thread that I am not the only one who cannot use his HP Envy 110 printer with mac os BIG SUR. A response from HP agent proposed to use gunterprint driver http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/p_Supported_Printers.php
But the HP envy 110 does not enter in the list of supported printers.
I understand that now we are unable to use the printer and should buy another one...
I there any other solution ???

@NicMo, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Yes, there are no printer drivers available for this model printer to work on macOS 11 on the HP Support site. However, according to this document, this printer is AirPrint compatible.
Have you tried installing the printer using the AirPrint driver and check if that helps?
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Check the connectivity between the devices. Install the printer using the AirPrint driver.
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
Note: Select "Bonjour multifunction" under kind while installing.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
