HP M254dw
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the automatic duplex printing of my M254dw printer. I have just changed my computer, all the drivers are up to date but I can only print double-sided manually and no longer automatically. I don't understand how to get my printer to print double sided again automatically and not manually. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

A) Printer settings Duplexer:
Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.

Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed

If not, change to installed and Save

B) Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory:

Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
