Hello AFAVienna;
That type of messages are related to either voltage fluctuations, communication problems between printbar and Main PCA (printer motherboard in simple terms), or even printbar malfunctions.
You can check the following:
- Connect printer directly to the power outlet.
- Use original HP cartridges that are not empty and also not expired: each cartridge has a tag with "warranty expiration date" . That is the expiration date for the liquid inside the cartridges.
- You can try power drain: turn your printer off, unplug it from electricity. With the printer unplugged you keep the Power button pressed for about 2 minutes. Then reconnect it to the power nd turn it on.
If problem persists and your printer is still under warranty, you can call tech support for further inspection. If your printer is out of warranty, you can take the unit to a certified repair center for potential repair.
