Hello, I have a a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28W , I'm having problems with connecting it to wifi to get it set up. I downloaded the app and use both serial number and product number to connect it to the app but when It says "connect this printer to use all features" I clicked the link on my phone and it shows me to connect both existing printers or connect a new one. I went to connect my existing printers that I connec but it can't read my printer for proper connection. I tried everything, I restarted my printer, app, phone and wifi. Please help. Thank you for reading
