Product: HP Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Quando vado a stampare un file  a colori (es. jpg)  con windows 10 su  HP 4650 e voglio modificare l'impostazione di stampa da  monocromatico  a colore mi viene rilasciato in corispondenza dell'opzione colore il messaggio " è stato modificato a causa di un conflitto con un'altra impostazione stampante" e viene ripristinato monocromatico. Con Windows 7  (64 bit) su alro PC , il problema con  la  stessa stampante non si presenta. Ho già aggiornato il driver ma senza risolvere .
