Problemas con Smart Tank 500 con Mac

Hi there. I have a Smart Tank 500. When I connect it via USB to a MacBook (macOS 12.6.2) and install the driver, it shows up as a basic printer, images print in black and white, and options for paper type, quality, and so on are missing. What can I do? I was recommended the L5_1657 driver—is that actually the right solution?

Hi @andrewsb2, Hola

In this case if you are able to install printer and you are able to print then it should be a driver error, and then just need to reset printer system on Mac.

Thanks for your reply; I managed to install it and it prints. Unfortunately, it doesn't print in color; the tones come out dark—albeit high quality—and everything looks dull, even though the ink levels are optimal. I would appreciate any solution.
