Hallo an Alle!

Ich habe versucht meinen Drucker, ein HP Laserjet Pro M451 auf meinen beiden Lap Top zu installieren. Einmal ist es ein Sony Vaio mit Betriebssystem Windows 7 64 Bit und einmal ein neues HP Elite Book Windows 10. Bei beiden wurde die Installation bis zum Anschluss des Druckers gut gelungen. Die Druckererkennung brauchte dann ca. 10 Minuten und ging langsam. Bei 99% blieb er stehen und brach nach 2 Minuten ab. Mit der Fehlermeldung Es hat zu lange gedauert, dass ist ein schwerer Fehler und der Drucker kann nicht installiert werden. Auf einem McBook konnte ich ohne Probleme installieren. Wer kann mir bitte helfen? Was kann ich tun?
