HP ENVY 7134 All in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a HP Envy 7134  printer this morning and I cant seem to get it to print off a 6x4 photo.  I chose the 6x4 size paper option in the HP Smart APP and Photo Size is showing as full size,  but its printing out with a white margin all the way round the photo, with just under a centimeter too short off 6" on one side.

The photos also have thin one lines going down them.  I've tried two different types and sizes of photo paper, and get the same result.

Any ideas?
