Problems with HP Deskjet 1050 Printer not printing properly

The printer was working fine and then started to print every second line of each paragraph. If a paragraph has more than 2 lines it stops printing and then pushes out the paper. Please help.

Thank for your response. The article however,  does not mention if you are using Windows 10, it refers to Windows 8, Vista & XP. Do the same instructions refer to windows 10 as windows 8?

Thank you for your suggestion which I tried and discovererd that when I printed in black, the problwm persisted, but if I printed in any other colour, it was fine. Thisk leads me to believe there is a problwm with the cartridge.

Hope repalcing the black cartridge will fix it. Please repost if any issues .
