Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I'm trying to set up our new office printer. It says I need to download and run HP Easy Start. Which I have done. It now has a blank screen with a blue circle swirling around saying loading. It has been stuck like this for over 30 minutes, so I assumes it's not loading.

My operating system is Windows 11 Pro. this was not listed in the dropdown list.
