Hello!
I am trying to install an HP Printer through the Easy Start Program, but as soon as I get to the Product Information Study section, it does not let me continue because of something I have to type into the blank box below.
What would I need to type?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
Try instead the Full Feature Software Web Pack.
Yes, it also asks this question -- perhaps it won't balk using the direct installation package.

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

OK
It might come back to your Operating system / version
OR
Maybe the software was "partly" installed and should be uninstalled first (and a Restart of the computer).
If you are connecting the printer using a USB printer cable,
The cable needs to be disconnected before the software is installed.
No idea, though.
If I think of something else, I'll post back.
