I have an HP OfficeJet 9010 (and also an HP OfficeJet 8720) that are now connected to a new Windows 11 Laptop. The system recognizes each of the printers but it prints slowly and missed characters when it prints. Switching back to a Windows 10 laptop makes all the issues go away, so it is driver related. I cannot find the proper drivers or installation procedures for either one. The printers are connected by USB. Please provide any suggestions...thank you

Thank you for the response. I started to run the downloads in the order you suggested for the HP printer 9010, but came up with the error below:
I attempted to run this as an Administrator (which I already am, as there are no other users on the PC) and it still failed. Windows 11 does not show a "PlugPlay " program in the list of services, which was a suggested solution when I researched it further. The bottom line is that I believe the links provided to me were probably the proper drivers to install but I CANNOT install them. Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated!
