RAW Firmware File (*.bdl) for standalone USB drive installation

I would like to find the raw .bdl file for printer M283FDW, the option to select this through the driver/software pages appears to have been removed.
Alternatively, a factory reset may provide a solution as well, wouldn't mind trying that first
