The power in my office went out this morning. When the printer came back on i was unable to get it to turn on completely.
I've unplugged and restarted as previously suggested. Can I get info for hard reset?
Screen shows REFLASH 1 2 3 4 5
It is normally connected wirelessly to my Windows 7 laptop.
Thank you

I did follow the reset instructions you sent in the private message
That resulted in the NOS_LOADER_APP ERROR appearing
I followed reset steps for that as found on other boards and it resulted in the REFLASH 12345 error
There are no firmware updates avaiable for my printer model.
