I got a new router and it would not communicate with my printer, so I uninstalled it and now I want to reinstall it and I can't figure out how to reinstall my printer.

Hi @1ME1 , Welcome to HP Support Community!

To reinstall your HP ENVY Pro 6455 printer after getting a new router, the most effective method is to use the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 computer. You need to put the printer into "Wi-Fi Setup Mode" first so the app can find it on your new network.
Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Put the Printer into Wi-Fi Setup Mode
You must reset the printer's wireless settings so it can connect to the new router.
  1. Make sure the printer is powered on.
  2. On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button (with the antenna icon) and the Cancel button (the red X) simultaneously for about three seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. The Status Light (on the front) will blink purple for approximately 20 seconds, and the Wireless light will begin to flash white.
  4. Wait for the Wireless light to blink white continuously. This indicates the printer is in setup mode and ready to be discovered by the app.

You can use this document HP printer setup (HP app)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
