The first 4 are the only ones a non certified tech should use. OOB means out of box, all settings to how they were when leaving the factory.

Thank you very much for the answer.

But, what is the difference between partial and semi reset ?

I would have to dig put Service documentation for an exact answer but in general, some reset user settings but not hard adjustments and some reset hardware. Are you having a specific issue?

Can I access to the this documentation (cloud, e-mail, repository, site)? I understand that the procedures are under my own risk.

My Deskjet HP4625 stops printing and shows the error message "Carriage Jam. The print carriage cannot move. Open the ink door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK.".

There is no paper jam nor any other obstruction. The error message stays even with no paper.

I received the error message after about 30 pages printed OR two consecutive printings  of few pages (two PDF or word files, for example).

There is no paper jam or obstruction.

All sensors have been cleaned.

All rods have been cleaned clean e they are working ok.

I already did the three resets (full, semi and partial). None did work.

The error message dissapear after power off for about 25 minutes.

I can´t print a file with more than 30 pages or more than 2 consecutive files without waiting about 30 minutes between them.

So, this is my specific issue. I appreciate any support. Thank you.
