Matchless1975, did  you get any help from HP?

is there any way to get HP support employer into this topic? I would like to call them, but HP site does not give me any phone number. It was my fault to buy two (TWO) HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium printers.

I'm still waiting for HP support... Guys do you read this forum?

Same issue here. I've deleted and restarted everything. Tried several ways to reinstall printer and attempt to initiate ePrint. I've noticed though that the drivers downloaded from HP seem to be the basic drivers even when clicking the link for the full feature drivers. I'm hoping to sign up for the instant ink program, but I can't do that if I can't get this working.

Come on HP.  Assign someone to fix the firmware so ePrint will work again!
