HP Recommended

My HP Envy 5020 has stopped printing saying no driver available, I have followed all help and downloaded and updated drivers still the same message  and printer will not print. I have used the link below still not working.

Which device are you trying to print from?

How is the printer connected?

 

If you are using a Windows PC, Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver (Choose your Operating system)

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
